Service Agreement


Scheduling either ongoing or one-time cleanings is easy. Send an email to our address for estimates. We will then respond with a price range and available dates. Once we confirm the date of service via phone or email, we're on! By confirming an initial or one-time date of service, you have agreed to our terms of service.


Start date and dates of regular service

Service will be performed on the date agreed upon via email or by phone. Regular service is at a frequency of once a week, once every two weeks, or once every four weeks. While we try to schedule each regular appointment at a regular day and time (for instance, every other Tuesday at 12:30pm), scheduling is subject to nuance and fluctuation at the discretion of Little Green Men. Email reminders are sent 3-5 days in advance.


Access to your home

For regular service, regular access to your home is required. We request a key to your home or admission to your building and unit. Other arrangements can be made, but having a key is the best and safest thing to do. When service is scheduled and we do not have access to your home, a missed appointment fee is assessed. See below.


Description of services and duration of cleaning

A written list of tasks specific to your home is available by request. A general list can be found on our SERVICES page. Generally, cleanings will be performed by 2-4 people. Initial and one-time cleanings usually take 2-3 hours, and regular cleanings usually take 1-2 hours, depending on the size of the crew, your cleaning needs, and size of your home.


Rescheduling service and missed appointments

To reschedule service, call or email by 10:00am the day previous to your date of service.


Payment

Payment is accepted in the form of cash or check, due on the date of service at the time of service. Other payment arrangements can be made but must be agreed upon before the time of service. Payment not received within 10 business days from the date of service are considered late and are subject to a fee as described below.


Fees

  • Late fee: 15%, assessed after 10 business days from date of service
  • Missed appointment fee: $35
  • Bounced check fee: $15 plus late fee
